Chicken 🐔 and Waffles🧇, are you a fan?  I’m gonna be honest…I never really had a great experience with the combo.  I want to love the combo. It sounds like a perfect blend of savory and sweet.  Plus I’m a huge sucker for mouse shaped waffles and maple syrup.

Maple Syrup at Disney World is made by Smuckers.  And with a name like Smuckers it has to be good…not so fast Smuckers.  These little pre-packaged syrup containers are hardly Maple Syrup.  They are naturally and artificially flavored corn syrup packets.  Not saying it’s the worst.  Just wishing for Vermont Maple somewhere on property. 

Anyone know any spots with Vermont or Authentic Maple Syrup on property?

Roaring Fork Breakfast Items (Note: This is what I eat for breakfast…lol)
1.) Chicken and Waffles – Mickey-shaped Waffles with Pecan Butter and Maple Syrup – $10.99 
-These are delicious.  I love Mickey waffles and these didn’t disappoint.  Plus the chicken was in tender form which made it much easier to dip into the syrup (high fructose) cup.  The pecan walnut butter is slamming.  It has cinnamon and the perfect amount of sweetness to fat ratio.  It’s rich and extremely flavorful.

2.) Creamsicle Cupcake -Orange-flavored Cupcake topped with Buttercream Icing and a Marshmallow Center with Crisp Pearls and an Orange Gummy $5.99
-I love the marshmallow filling but that’s about it.  The icing was really dumbed down flavor wise.  idk…I feel this could have been executed much closer to the ice cream or soda. Oh well.

3.) Wilderness Bark Latte – Chocolate-Hazelnut Latte $4.79
-Delicious iced latte.  Chocolate, whipped cream amaziness.
