Don’t believe the hundreds of photos and articles which had propigated the fake news about It’s A Small World dolls hair growing and needing annual cuts due to the hummidty. 1.) They are climate controlled indoors. 2.) They never get wet. 3.) It’s physically impossible for fake hair on a doll to grow. But bc they are “creepy” to most the rumor is more fun to spread. I have it on good authority from the Props Director that the hair does not grow. Occasionally a hair will need to be removed or entire wigs replaced. No haircuts needed. But… Kids Say the YARNdest things.
