My absolute favorite quick service spot since Covid has been Cosmic Rays. Not once but 3 times we sat and listened to Sonny sing his galactic tunes. Personal favorite is Space Angels! Love that song. His jokes are amazing too! “Comis Ray pays me weekly…very weakly!” We have gotten the opportunity to try some deeper menu items we have passed over. The plant based Sloppy Joe is polarizing. I guess so is Cosmic Rays. Love it or hate it. We love it all. Pair that sweet, spicy plant based crumble sloppy joe with a warmed up s’more while listening to Sonny…heaven. One of my favorite spots in all of the galaxy.
Side note: Poor Columbia Harbor house is still closed and Pecos is super limited with it’s menu offerings. No Cauli tacos…saddness.
